Why Content-Free Hypnotherapy Works

Long-standing anxiety, stress, grief, and internal pressure are not thinking problems. They are nervous system patterns. Talking can create insight, but it does not always create relief. Content-free hypnotherapy works directly with the subconscious processes maintaining those patterns, without requiring explanation or reactivation.
