MY STORY

I’m Marc Cooper, C.Ht

I’m Marc, a certified hypnotherapist with roots in both science and compassion. Since 2016, I’ve helped people across the world reset their emotional state after loss, trauma, and stress—without needing to talk everything through.

Born in London, now based in Los Angeles, I blend traditional hypnotherapy with modern, evidence-based techniques—and a deep belief that change is always possible, even in your hardest seasons.

I’ve also worked in dog rescue for years. I get the heartbreak of losing an animal. And I know how real emotional pain can be—even if others don’t always understand it.

My mission is simple: to help one person or animal at a time feel lighter, clearer, and ready for life again.
